IceWarp Anti-Spam LIVE utilizes system resources efficiently by querying the real-time detection center only when result of traditional analysis methods cannot clearly determine the message as spam or genuine. By dynamically shifting the processing load from the built-in engine to the on-line detection center, the server operates more smoothly in traffic peaks and under spam attacks. Confirmed spam is rejected immediately, without occupying disk space, which in turn simplifies quarantine management and improves productivity.

Recurrent Pattern Detection (RPD)
Rather than evaluating the content of messages, RPD proactively analyses vast volumes of Internet traffic via a network of servers around the world (24x7x365) which report back to the real-time detection center. Outbreaks are immediately identified by their massive distribution patterns (hence the name) the minute they emerge (zero hour). This makes the system very effective against distributed campaigns, polymorphic malware and new spamming tricks such as image or attachment spam.
The content, language and format agnostic approach results in system which:
